  1. Rinse poha, drain well. Season with turmeric and salt.
  2. Heat oil, temper mustard and cumin seeds until popping. Add curry leaves and chillies.
  3. Add peanuts, toss 30 seconds. Add poha, fold gently.
  4. Steam covered for 2 minutes on lowest flame. Finish with lemon and coriander.
