👩‍🍳 How to make Murmura Chivda

  1. Heat oil, temper mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chillies.
  2. Add peanuts and chana dal, toss 1 minute.
  3. Add puffed rice, turmeric, chilli powder, chaat masala, salt.
  4. Toss on medium heat 3–4 minutes until heated through and crispy.
  5. Cool before storing in airtight container.
