👩‍🍳 How to make Moong Dal Chilla

  1. Drain soaked moong dal. Grind with ginger, chillies, and a little water into a smooth thick batter.
  2. Mix in turmeric, salt, onion, and coriander.
  3. Heat tawa, grease lightly. Pour batter, spread into thin circles.
  4. Cook until edges lift (3 minutes). Flip and cook 1 more minute.
  5. Serve with mint-coriander chutney.
