👩‍🍳 How to make Missi Roti

  1. Mix both flours, add all ingredients except water. Rub oil in thoroughly.
  2. Add water gradually — besan makes the dough stickier than plain atta. Knead to a smooth, slightly stiff dough. Rest 10 minutes.
  3. Roll into 15cm rounds — slightly thicker than regular roti.
  4. Cook on hot tawa — 2 minutes each side until golden with dark spots. Press edges with cloth.
  5. Serve with ghee, pickle, and curd.
