👩🍳 How to make Missi Roti
- Mix both flours, add all ingredients except water. Rub oil in thoroughly.
- Add water gradually — besan makes the dough stickier than plain atta. Knead to a smooth, slightly stiff dough. Rest 10 minutes.
- Roll into 15cm rounds — slightly thicker than regular roti.
- Cook on hot tawa — 2 minutes each side until golden with dark spots. Press edges with cloth.
- Serve with ghee, pickle, and curd.
