👩🍳 How to make Methi Poha
- Rinse poha, season with turmeric, sugar, salt.
- Temper mustard and cumin in oil. Add onion and chillies, sauté 3 minutes.
- Add chopped methi leaves, sauté 3 minutes until wilted and slightly reduced in bitterness.
- Add poha, fold gently, cover and steam 2 minutes.
- Finish with lemon juice. Serve hot.
