👩‍🍳 How to make Methi Poha

  1. Rinse poha, season with turmeric, sugar, salt.
  2. Temper mustard and cumin in oil. Add onion and chillies, sauté 3 minutes.
  3. Add chopped methi leaves, sauté 3 minutes until wilted and slightly reduced in bitterness.
  4. Add poha, fold gently, cover and steam 2 minutes.
  5. Finish with lemon juice. Serve hot.
