👩‍🍳 How to make Gajak

  1. Cook jaggery on medium heat until fully melted and starts to caramelise.
  2. Add toasted sesame, stir rapidly to coat evenly.
  3. Pour onto greased surface, roll very thin with a greased rolling pin (Gajak is thinner and crunchier than chikki).
  4. Cut into rectangles before setting. Cool completely.
