👩🍳 How to make Gajak
- Cook jaggery on medium heat until fully melted and starts to caramelise.
- Add toasted sesame, stir rapidly to coat evenly.
- Pour onto greased surface, roll very thin with a greased rolling pin (Gajak is thinner and crunchier than chikki).
- Cut into rectangles before setting. Cool completely.
