👩‍🍳 How to make Dahi Poha

  1. Rinse thin poha very gently — just a quick rinse. Drain 5 minutes.
  2. Whisk curd with sugar, salt, and cumin powder.
  3. Mix drained poha into curd — the poha absorbs the curd and softens beautifully.
  4. Prepare a small tempering: heat oil, pop mustard seeds, add curry leaves and chilli. Pour hot tempering over the dahi-poha mixture.
  5. Garnish with coriander and pomegranate. Serve cold or at room temperature.
