👩🍳 How to make Dahi Poha
- Rinse thin poha very gently — just a quick rinse. Drain 5 minutes.
- Whisk curd with sugar, salt, and cumin powder.
- Mix drained poha into curd — the poha absorbs the curd and softens beautifully.
- Prepare a small tempering: heat oil, pop mustard seeds, add curry leaves and chilli. Pour hot tempering over the dahi-poha mixture.
- Garnish with coriander and pomegranate. Serve cold or at room temperature.
