  1. Rinse poha, drain, season with turmeric, sugar, salt.
  2. Temper mustard and cumin in oil. Add chillies.
  3. Add corn, sauté 4 minutes until cooked through and slightly sweet-smelling.
  4. Add poha, fold gently. Steam 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with grated coconut and coriander.
