👩‍🍳 How to make Chikki

  1. Grease a flat surface or tray with ghee.
  2. Heat jaggery with 2 tbsp water in a thick pan on medium heat. Stir until melted. Cook until it reaches hard-ball stage — a drop of syrup in cold water should form a hard ball.
  3. Add cardamom and peanuts. Stir quickly to coat. Pour onto greased surface immediately.
  4. Roll thin with a rolling pin. Score into pieces before it sets (30 seconds). Cool completely.
