👩‍🍳 How to make Besan Chilla

  1. Make batter (5 mins): Whisk besan with water into a smooth, lump-free batter with pouring consistency — slightly thinner than pancake batter. Add all vegetables and spices. Rest 5 minutes.
  2. Cook on medium heat until edges turn dry and leave the pan (2–3 minutes). Drizzle ½ tsp oil on top, flip carefully. Cook 1–2 more minutes until golden spots appear.
  3. Serve hot with green coriander chutney and yoghurt.
