  1. Roast green mangoes directly on gas flame or pressure cook — until skin chars and pulp softens.
  2. Peel, extract pulp. Blend pulp with jaggery until smooth.
  3. Mix with water, cumin, both salts. Strain. Chill.
  4. Serve over ice with fresh mint.
