👩🍳 How to make Tuna Sandwich
- Mix flaked tuna, onion, green chili, ginger-garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mayo or oil on one side of bread slices (5ml each).
- Spread tuna mixture on mayo side of first slice (thick layer, ~40g).
- Top with tomato slices.
- Cover with second bread slice, mayo side down.
- Cut diagonally into 2 triangles.
- Optional: Toast on griddle (180°C) for 1-2 min per side until bread edges crisp. Visual cue: Filling visible at edges, bread warm and slightly toasted.
- Serve immediately.
