👩‍🍳 How to make Tender Coconut Pudding

  1. Combine tender coconut pulp and coconut milk in pot (medium heat, 160°C).
  2. Add cooked rice, bring to simmer (150°C), cook 4 min stirring gently.
  3. Add condensed milk, stir well (1 min, creamy and sweet). Visual cue: Thick creamy consistency, tender coconut visible, golden color.
  4. Crush cardamom, add.
  5. Heat ghee, fry cashews until golden (1 min), raisins (30 sec).
  6. Add to pudding with salt.
  7. Serve warm or chilled (traditionally chilled).
