- Heat oil (160°C), add curry leaves (fry 15 sec).
- Add onion, cook 1.5 min until soft.
- Add turmeric and chili powder, stir 20 sec.
- Add boiled taro, cook 1 min stirring gently.
- Add grated coconut, toss for 1 min.
- Add rice, fold in gently for 2 min. Add salt.
- Visual cue: Taro pieces soft and creamy in texture, evenly distributed, coconut fragrant.
