  1. Heat oil (160°C), add curry leaves (fry 15 sec).
  2. Add onion, cook 1.5 min until soft.
  3. Add turmeric and chili powder, stir 20 sec.
  4. Add boiled taro, cook 1 min stirring gently.
  5. Add grated coconut, toss for 1 min.
  6. Add rice, fold in gently for 2 min. Add salt.
  7. Visual cue: Taro pieces soft and creamy in texture, evenly distributed, coconut fragrant.
  8. Serve hot.
