👩🍳 How to make Sweet Corn Porridge
- Add corn and water to pot (medium-high heat, 180°C), bring to boil.
- Reduce to low (150°C), simmer 8 min until corn softens.
- Add jaggery, stir until dissolved (1-2 min, sweet aroma).
- Add coconut milk and grated coconut, stir gently for 1 min.
- Crush cardamom, add to porridge.
- Add salt, cook 30 sec more. Visual cue: Creamy consistency, corn kernels soft, sweet and nutty aroma.
- Serve warm in bowl.
