👩‍🍳 How to make Squid Pakora

  1. Pat squid dry (removes excess moisture).
  2. Mix gram flour, rice flour, turmeric, chili, salt, ginger-garlic, green chili.
  3. Add water gradually to form thick batter.
  4. Add lemon juice.
  5. Coat squid rings in batter.
  6. Heat oil to 180°C.
  7. Fry in batches, 3-4 min until golden and crispy. Visual cue: Golden-brown, crispy, no wet spots.
  8. Drain on paper.
  9. Serve hot with tamarind chutney.
