👩🍳 How to make Squid Pakora
- Pat squid dry (removes excess moisture).
- Mix gram flour, rice flour, turmeric, chili, salt, ginger-garlic, green chili.
- Add water gradually to form thick batter.
- Add lemon juice.
- Coat squid rings in batter.
- Heat oil to 180°C.
- Fry in batches, 3-4 min until golden and crispy. Visual cue: Golden-brown, crispy, no wet spots.
- Drain on paper.
- Serve hot with tamarind chutney.
