👩🍳 How to make Ragi Porridge
- Boil water (medium-high heat, 180°C).
- Mix ragi flour with 50ml cold water to smooth paste (no lumps).
- Slowly pour paste into boiling water, stirring constantly to prevent lumps (1 min).
- Reduce to low (150°C), stir frequently for 8 min (porridge should thicken).
- Add jaggery, stir until dissolved (1 min, sweet aroma).
- Add coconut milk, stir gently (1 min, creamy color).
- Crush cardamom, add. Add salt.
- Heat ghee separately, fry raisins for 30 sec.
- Pour ghee and raisins into porridge. Visual cue: Thick creamy consistency, reddish-brown color, sweet aroma.
- Serve warm in bowl.
