👩🍳 How to make Pumpkin Rice
- Heat oil (160°C), add mustard seeds (crackle 10 sec).
- Add curry leaves, fry 15 sec.
- Add onion, cook 1.5 min until soft.
- Add turmeric and chili powder, stir 20 sec.
- Add boiled pumpkin pieces, cook 1 min (should be very soft, start to mash slightly).
- Add rice, fold gently for 1.5 min. Add salt. Visual cue: Pumpkin pieces soft and mixed in, rice orange-tinted, sweet aroma.
- Serve hot.
