👩‍🍳 How to make Pumpkin Rice

  1. Heat oil (160°C), add mustard seeds (crackle 10 sec).
  2. Add curry leaves, fry 15 sec.
  3. Add onion, cook 1.5 min until soft.
  4. Add turmeric and chili powder, stir 20 sec.
  5. Add boiled pumpkin pieces, cook 1 min (should be very soft, start to mash slightly).
  6. Add rice, fold gently for 1.5 min. Add salt. Visual cue: Pumpkin pieces soft and mixed in, rice orange-tinted, sweet aroma.
  7. Serve hot.
