👩🍳 How to make Mixed Seafood Thali
- Heat oil (160°C), add curry leaves (fry 20 sec).
- Add onion, cook 3 min until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic, cook 1 min.
- Add tomato, cook 2 min until mushy.
- Add turmeric, chili, coriander, stir 30 sec.
- Add mixed seafood (tuna first, then squid and shrimp), cook 2.5 min stirring gently until turning opaque.
- Add grated coconut, stir 1 min.
- Add water, bring to low simmer (150°C), cook 8 min. Visual cue: All seafood cooked and tender, curry creamy and thick.
- Add lemon juice and salt.
- Serve over rice with pappadam and chutney.
