- Heat ghee (160°C), fry cumin seeds (15 sec).
- Add cashews, fry until golden (1 min), remove.
- Add raisins, fry 30 sec, remove.
- Add cooked millets to ghee, stir for 1 min.
- Add jaggery, stir until mixed and warm (1 min).
- Add fried cashews and raisins. Crush cardamom, sprinkle over. Add salt.
- Visual cue: Millets glossy from ghee, nuts distributed, sweet aroma.
- Serve hot.
