👩🍳 How to make Lobster Curry Lunch
- Heat oil (160°C), add curry leaves (fry 20 sec).
- Add onion, cook 3.5 min until deep golden.
- Add ginger-garlic, cook 1.5 min until aroma strong.
- Add tomato, cook 2 min until soft.
- Add turmeric, chili, coriander, stir 40 sec.
- Add lobster pieces, cook 3 min stirring occasionally (shell should turn red/orange).
- Add grated coconut, stir 1 min.
- Add water, bring to low simmer (150°C), cook 10 min until lobster is tender. Visual cue: Lobster meat opaque and tender, curry thick and creamy.
- Add lemon juice and salt.
- Serve over rice with side vegetables and chutney.
