- Heat oil (160°C), add mustard seeds (crackle 10 sec).
- Add curry leaves, fry 15 sec.
- Add onion and green chili, cook 1 min.
- Add grated coconut, toss for 30 sec.
- Add rice, fold gently for 1.5 min.
