👩‍🍳 How to make Grilled Fish Dinner

  1. Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic, turmeric, chili, lemon juice, salt to paste.
  2. Apply paste inside fish cavity and all over exterior, marinate 5 min.
  3. Heat griddle or tawa (200°C) until hot.
  4. Apply oil lightly (3ml) to griddle.
  5. Place fish carefully on hot griddle, cook 4-5 min first side (shouldn't stick).
  6. Carefully flip, cook 4-5 min second side. Visual cue: Exterior golden-brown with light char, fish flakes easily.
  7. Add curry leaves during last 30 sec.
  8. Serve hot with lime and onion slices.
