👩🍳 How to make Fish Pickle
- Heat oil (160°C), add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds (crackle 20 sec).
- Add curry leaves, fry 15 sec.
- Add ginger and garlic, cook 1 min.
- Add turmeric and chili powder, stir 20 sec.
- Add fish pieces, cook 2 min stirring gently (fish should turn opaque).
- Add fenugreek leaves, cook 1 min.
- Add lemon juice, salt, asafoetida, stir well.
- Remove from heat, cool.
- Serve as condiment with rice or bread.
