👩‍🍳 How to make Fish Pakora

  1. Mix gram flour, rice flour, turmeric, chili, salt, ginger-garlic, green chili, curry leaves.
  2. Add water gradually, stirring to form thick batter (yogurt-like consistency, no lumps).
  3. Add lemon juice, mix.
  4. Dip fish pieces into batter, coat completely.
  5. Heat oil to 180°C.
  6. Fry pakora in batches (don't crowd), 3-4 min per batch until golden-brown and crispy. Visual cue: Golden exterior, floating up, crispy sound when tapped.
  7. Drain on paper.
  8. Serve hot with tamarind chutney or lemon juice.
