👩🍳 How to make Fish Pakora
- Mix gram flour, rice flour, turmeric, chili, salt, ginger-garlic, green chili, curry leaves.
- Add water gradually, stirring to form thick batter (yogurt-like consistency, no lumps).
- Add lemon juice, mix.
- Dip fish pieces into batter, coat completely.
- Heat oil to 180°C.
- Fry pakora in batches (don't crowd), 3-4 min per batch until golden-brown and crispy. Visual cue: Golden exterior, floating up, crispy sound when tapped.
- Drain on paper.
- Serve hot with tamarind chutney or lemon juice.
