👩🍳 How to make Fish Liver Paste
- Heat oil (160°C), add onion for 30 sec.
- Add green chili, cook 15 sec.
- Add turmeric, stir 10 sec.
- Add fish liver, break with spoon, cook 2 min stirring occasionally (should turn opaque, lose raw appearance).
- Remove from heat, cool 1 min.
- Add grated coconut, mash with fork until paste forms (fine or chunky ok).
- Add lemon juice and salt, mix well. Visual cue: Creamy paste, liver pieces completely cooked, coconut integrated.
- Serve as spread on farata or with steamed rice.
