- Mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add water gradually, knead to soft dough (8 min).
- Knead in 10g ghee, let rest 1 hour covered.
- Divide dough into 2 portions.
- On oiled surface, stretch dough thin (30×30 cm).
- Brush with ghee (5g per piece), fold corners to center, then in half twice.
- Flatten gently to 15cm circle.
- Cook on hot griddle (200°C) 2 min per side until golden and crisp. Visual cue: Deep golden patches, steam rising.
- Apply remaining ghee on top, serve hot with curry.
