  1. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add water gradually, knead to soft dough (8 min).
  3. Knead in 10g ghee, let rest 1 hour covered.
  4. Divide dough into 2 portions.
  5. On oiled surface, stretch dough thin (30×30 cm).
  6. Brush with ghee (5g per piece), fold corners to center, then in half twice.
  7. Flatten gently to 15cm circle.
  8. Cook on hot griddle (200°C) 2 min per side until golden and crisp. Visual cue: Deep golden patches, steam rising.
  9. Apply remaining ghee on top, serve hot with curry.
