👩‍🍳 How to make Egg Fried Rice

  1. Beat eggs lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil (170°C), add onion for 1 min.
  3. Add turmeric and chili powder, stir 15 sec.
  4. Add green peas, cook 1 min (should be warm).
  5. Push ingredients to pan sides, pour beaten eggs into center, cook 1 min stirring to scramble.
  6. When eggs are mostly cooked, add rice, toss for 2 min until evenly mixed. Visual cue: Eggs cooked through, rice grains separate, peas distributed.
  7. Serve hot.
