👩‍🍳 How to make Coconut Ladoo

  1. Heat ghee (160°C), add jaggery (powdered), stir until dissolved (1-2 min).
  2. Add grated coconut, stir constantly for 3-4 min until mixture turns golden and aroma is toasty (no raw coconut smell).
  3. Add cardamom powder, remove from heat.
  4. Add cashews and raisins, mix well.
  5. Cool for 2-3 min until mixture is warm but handleable.
  6. Shape into balls (walnut-sized), pressing gently. Visual cue: Golden color, firm balls, aromatic coconut-jaggery smell.
  7. Cool completely on parchment.
  8. Store in airtight container.
