👩🍳 How to make Coconut Ladoo
- Heat ghee (160°C), add jaggery (powdered), stir until dissolved (1-2 min).
- Add grated coconut, stir constantly for 3-4 min until mixture turns golden and aroma is toasty (no raw coconut smell).
- Add cardamom powder, remove from heat.
- Add cashews and raisins, mix well.
- Cool for 2-3 min until mixture is warm but handleable.
- Shape into balls (walnut-sized), pressing gently. Visual cue: Golden color, firm balls, aromatic coconut-jaggery smell.
- Cool completely on parchment.
- Store in airtight container.
