- Heat ghee (160°C), add jaggery (powdered), stir until dissolved (1 min).
- Add grated coconut, stir constantly for 3-4 min until golden and aromatic (no raw smell).
- Add cardamom, remove from heat.
- Add cashews, raisins, salt, mix well.
- Cool 3-5 min until warm but handleable.
- Shape into balls (walnut-sized), pressing gently. Visual cue: Golden color, firm balls, sweet aroma.
- Cool on parchment.
- Store in airtight container.
