👩🍳 How to make Coconut Dosa
- Mix rice flour, grated coconut, salt, cumin, green chili, and curry leaves.
- Add water gradually, stir to thin batter consistency (pourable like buttermilk).
- Heat griddle (210°C) until water droplet sizzles immediately.
- Apply thin oil coating (2-3ml).
- Pour batter in circular motion from center outward, spreading to 25cm diameter.
- Cook 1.5 min first side until edges curl slightly and bottom is golden.
- Flip carefully, cook 1 min second side until light golden. Visual cue: Edges crisp, center tender, aroma nutty.
- Serve hot with chutney or curry.
