👩‍🍳 How to make Coconut Dosa

  1. Mix rice flour, grated coconut, salt, cumin, green chili, and curry leaves.
  2. Add water gradually, stir to thin batter consistency (pourable like buttermilk).
  3. Heat griddle (210°C) until water droplet sizzles immediately.
  4. Apply thin oil coating (2-3ml).
  5. Pour batter in circular motion from center outward, spreading to 25cm diameter.
  6. Cook 1.5 min first side until edges curl slightly and bottom is golden.
  7. Flip carefully, cook 1 min second side until light golden. Visual cue: Edges crisp, center tender, aroma nutty.
  8. Serve hot with chutney or curry.
