- Mix mashed banana, flour, jaggery, salt, and cardamom.
- Knead gently to soft dough (no water needed due to banana moisture).
- Divide into 2 portions, roll between banana leaves or plastic to 4-5mm thick circle.
- Heat griddle (200°C).
- Transfer roti carefully, cook 2 min first side (edges should shrink slightly).
- Flip, cook 2 min second side until light brown patches appear. Visual cue: Slight browning, steam escaping.
- Apply ghee while still hot.
