  1. Slice bananas very thin using sharp knife or mandoline (2-3mm thickness).
  2. Heat oil to 180°C.
  3. Fry banana slices in small batches, 3-4 min per batch, stirring occasionally, until light golden and crispy. Visual cue: Golden color, crispy, no wet spots, float easily in oil.
  4. Drain on paper.
  5. Toss with salt, turmeric, chili powder while still warm.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Store in airtight container.
