- Slice bananas very thin using sharp knife or mandoline (2-3mm thickness).
- Heat oil to 180°C.
- Fry banana slices in small batches, 3-4 min per batch, stirring occasionally, until light golden and crispy. Visual cue: Golden color, crispy, no wet spots, float easily in oil.
- Drain on paper.
- Toss with salt, turmeric, chili powder while still warm.
- Cool completely.
- Store in airtight container.
