👩🍳 How to make Yak Meat and Vegetable Samosa
- *Dough:*
- Mix flour and salt
- Rub in oil; add water gradually, kneading into stiff dough (7-10 mins)
- Cover; rest 20 mins
- *Filling:*
- Heat oil; add onion; fry 2 mins
- Add ginger-garlic paste; cook 1 min
- Add meat; cook 5 mins until browned
- Add potatoes, cumin, turmeric, salt
- Cook 8-10 mins until potatoes are soft
- Cool before using
- *Assembly:*
- Divide dough into 10 balls
- Roll into thin circles
- Cut each circle in half
- Roll each half into cone shape
- Fill with meat mixture
- Seal edges
- *Frying:*
- Heat oil to 75°C
- Fry samosa 3-4 mins until golden
- Turn; fry other side 2-3 mins
- Should be crispy and brown
- Drain on cloth
