👩‍🍳 How to make Yak Meat and Vegetable Samosa

  1. *Dough:*
  2. Mix flour and salt
  3. Rub in oil; add water gradually, kneading into stiff dough (7-10 mins)
  4. Cover; rest 20 mins
  5. *Filling:*
  6. Heat oil; add onion; fry 2 mins
  7. Add ginger-garlic paste; cook 1 min
  8. Add meat; cook 5 mins until browned
  9. Add potatoes, cumin, turmeric, salt
  10. Cook 8-10 mins until potatoes are soft
  11. Cool before using
  12. *Assembly:*
  13. Divide dough into 10 balls
  14. Roll into thin circles
  15. Cut each circle in half
  16. Roll each half into cone shape
  17. Fill with meat mixture
  18. Seal edges
  19. *Frying:*
  20. Heat oil to 75°C
  21. Fry samosa 3-4 mins until golden
  22. Turn; fry other side 2-3 mins
  23. Should be crispy and brown
  24. Drain on cloth
