👩🍳 How to make Yak Meat and Kidney Bean Stew
- Heat oil in large pot to 75°C
- Add onion; fry 5 mins until golden (75°C)
- Add ginger, garlic; cook 2 mins
- Add meat; cook 8-10 mins until browned
- Add turmeric, garam masala; cook 1 min
- Add tomatoes; cook 3-4 mins until broken down
- Pour water; bring to boil (100°C, 3 mins)
- Add kidney beans
- Reduce heat; cover; simmer 30-35 mins
- Meat should be very tender
- Season with salt and pepper
- Simmer final 2-3 mins
- Garnish with cilantro
- Serve hot (above 70°C)
