👩🍳 How to make Whey Cheese and Vegetable Fritters
- Combine paneer, carrots, peas in bowl
- Mix in flour, turmeric, salt, pepper, optional chili
- Beat egg in separate bowl; add to mixture
- Stir until well combined (should hold together)
- Heat oil in shallow pan to 70°C
- Drop spoonfuls of mixture; flatten slightly
- Fry 2-3 mins until golden on one side (80°C oil)
- Flip carefully; fry another 2-3 mins until golden all over
- Drain on cloth
- Serve hot with chutney or yogurt
