👩‍🍳 How to make Whey Cheese and Vegetable Fritters

  1. Combine paneer, carrots, peas in bowl
  2. Mix in flour, turmeric, salt, pepper, optional chili
  3. Beat egg in separate bowl; add to mixture
  4. Stir until well combined (should hold together)
  5. Heat oil in shallow pan to 70°C
  6. Drop spoonfuls of mixture; flatten slightly
  7. Fry 2-3 mins until golden on one side (80°C oil)
  8. Flip carefully; fry another 2-3 mins until golden all over
  9. Drain on cloth
  10. Serve hot with chutney or yogurt
