👩🍳 How to make Tsampa with Yak Butter Tea
- Brew strong black tea (150ml) in a traditional butter tea churn
- Heat yak milk to 65°C until steam rises (5 mins)
- Mix 1 tbsp yak butter with 1 tsp salt; churn into tea until frothy (10 mins)
- In a bowl, pour warm butter tea into tsampa flour, stirring constantly
- Mix until paste-like consistency (thick porridge)
- Serve immediately while hot (above 60°C)
- Optional: drizzle honey on top
