👩‍🍳 How to make Potato and Pea Curry

  1. Heat butter and oil in pot to 70°C
  2. Add onion; fry 3-4 mins until golden (75°C)
  3. Add ginger, green chilies; cook 1-2 mins
  4. Add potatoes; stir-fry 3-4 mins
  5. Add cumin, coriander, turmeric; cook 1 min until fragrant
  6. Add tomatoes; cook 3-4 mins until softened
  7. Pour water; bring to boil (100°C, 3 mins)
  8. Reduce heat; cover
  9. Cook 12-15 mins until potatoes are tender
  10. Add peas; cook 3-5 mins until heated through
  11. Season with salt
  12. Garnish with cilantro
  13. Serve hot (above 65°C)
