👩‍🍳 How to make Potato and Onion Bread

  1. Make dough: knead flour, salt, water, and butter for 5-7 mins
  2. Cover; let rest 20-30 mins
  3. Mix filling: combine mashed potato, minced onion, turmeric, pinch salt
  4. Divide dough into 4 balls
  5. Roll each ball to 3-4 inch circle
  6. Spread 2 tbsp potato filling on each circle
  7. Fold to enclose filling; press lightly
  8. Roll gently to 6-7 inch circle
  9. Heat griddle to 70°C; lightly oil
  10. Place bread on griddle; cook 2-3 mins until spots appear (80°C)
  11. Flip; cook 2-3 mins until cooked through
  12. Brush with butter while hot
  13. Serve warm
