  1. Combine water, vinegar, honey, salt in pot
  2. Bring to boil (100°C, 1 min)
  3. Add ginger and green chilies
  4. Simmer 2 mins
  5. Add radish and carrot sticks
  6. Return to boil (100°C, 1 min)
  7. Pour into clean jars while hot
  8. Cool completely before refrigerating
  9. Best after 24 hrs, improves with time
