👩🍳 How to make Paba with Wild Greens
- Chop wild greens finely
- Heat butter in a clay pot over low-medium heat (40°C-50°C initially)
- Add greens with pinch of salt; cook 3-4 mins until wilted
- Slowly sprinkle paba flour while stirring to avoid lumps
- Add water gradually, mixing constantly (5 mins)
- Stir in caraway powder; cook another 2 mins
- Pour in yak milk; fold in gently
- Cook until porridge-like, thick enough to hold shape with spoon (8-10 mins total)
- Serve steaming hot (above 60°C) in individual bowls
