👩‍🍳 How to make Paba with Wild Greens

  1. Chop wild greens finely
  2. Heat butter in a clay pot over low-medium heat (40°C-50°C initially)
  3. Add greens with pinch of salt; cook 3-4 mins until wilted
  4. Slowly sprinkle paba flour while stirring to avoid lumps
  5. Add water gradually, mixing constantly (5 mins)
  6. Stir in caraway powder; cook another 2 mins
  7. Pour in yak milk; fold in gently
  8. Cook until porridge-like, thick enough to hold shape with spoon (8-10 mins total)
  9. Serve steaming hot (above 60°C) in individual bowls
