👩🍳 How to make Millet Pudding with Milk
- Toast millet flour in dry pan 3-4 mins at 55°C until fragrant
- Heat milk separately to 70°C
- Slowly sprinkle toasted flour into hot milk, stirring constantly
- Cook on low heat for 6-8 mins, stirring frequently
- Add butter, salt, cardamom
- When pudding reaches desired thickness, add honey
- Simmer another 1-2 mins
- Top with roasted walnuts
- Serve warm (55-60°C)
