👩‍🍳 How to make Millet Pudding with Milk

  1. Toast millet flour in dry pan 3-4 mins at 55°C until fragrant
  2. Heat milk separately to 70°C
  3. Slowly sprinkle toasted flour into hot milk, stirring constantly
  4. Cook on low heat for 6-8 mins, stirring frequently
  5. Add butter, salt, cardamom
  6. When pudding reaches desired thickness, add honey
  7. Simmer another 1-2 mins
  8. Top with roasted walnuts
  9. Serve warm (55-60°C)
