👩‍🍳 How to make Ladakh Mixed Grain Porridge

  1. Rinse all grains separately; drain
  2. Bring water to boil (100°C, 2 mins)
  3. Add all grains; simmer on low for 35-40 mins
  4. Stir occasionally
  5. Heat milk separately to 70°C
  6. When grains are very soft, pour warm milk in
  7. Add butter, salt
  8. Cook together 5 mins on low
  9. Add honey once cooled below 60°C
  10. Top with roasted nuts
  11. Serve warm (60-65°C)
