👩🍳 How to make Ladakh Mixed Grain Porridge
- Rinse all grains separately; drain
- Bring water to boil (100°C, 2 mins)
- Add all grains; simmer on low for 35-40 mins
- Stir occasionally
- Heat milk separately to 70°C
- When grains are very soft, pour warm milk in
- Add butter, salt
- Cook together 5 mins on low
- Add honey once cooled below 60°C
- Top with roasted nuts
- Serve warm (60-65°C)
