👩🍳 How to make Honey and Walnut Breakfast Pudding
- Toast barley flour in dry pan for 2-3 mins at 55°C until fragrant
- Toast walnuts separately in dry pan for 2-3 mins; set aside
- Heat milk to 70°C in pot (do not boil)
- Slowly sprinkle toasted flour while stirring to avoid lumps
- Add butter and salt
- Cook on low heat for 4-5 mins, stirring frequently
- Mixture should thicken to pudding consistency
- Add honey once cooled below 60°C
- Top with toasted walnuts
- Serve warm (55-60°C)
