👩‍🍳 How to make Honey and Walnut Breakfast Pudding

  1. Toast barley flour in dry pan for 2-3 mins at 55°C until fragrant
  2. Toast walnuts separately in dry pan for 2-3 mins; set aside
  3. Heat milk to 70°C in pot (do not boil)
  4. Slowly sprinkle toasted flour while stirring to avoid lumps
  5. Add butter and salt
  6. Cook on low heat for 4-5 mins, stirring frequently
  7. Mixture should thicken to pudding consistency
  8. Add honey once cooled below 60°C
  9. Top with toasted walnuts
  10. Serve warm (55-60°C)
