👩‍🍳 How to make Honey and Nut Laddu

  1. Toast barley flour in dry pan 2-3 mins at 60°C; cool
  2. Toast sesame seeds separately 2-3 mins at 55°C; cool
  3. Combine flour, sesame seeds, crushed nuts, salt, cardamom in bowl
  4. Warm honey and softened butter together to 40°C
  5. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients
  6. Roll into 1-inch diameter balls
  7. Place on parchment; cool
  8. Serve at room temperature
