  1. Heat butter in pot to 70°C
  2. Add garlic, ginger; fry 2-3 mins until fragrant and golden
  3. Add vegetables; cook 2 mins
  4. Pour broth; bring to rolling boil (100°C, 3 mins)
  5. Add noodles; stir to separate
  6. Cook 3-4 mins until noodles are tender but not soft
  7. Add fresh herbs; stir gently
  8. Season with salt and pepper
  9. Serve immediately while hot (above 65°C)
