👩🍳 How to make Finger Millet
- In a heavy-bottomed pot, heat water to 60°C
- Slowly sprinkle ragi flour while stirring constantly to avoid lumps
- Keep stirring for 3-4 mins as mixture heats
- Heat milk separately to 70°C
- Once flour is cooked (no raw taste, should smell toasted), pour in warm milk gradually
- Add butter, salt, optional nutmeg; stir well
- Cook on low heat for 5 mins, stirring occasionally
- Add jaggery once mixture cools slightly below 60°C
- Serve warm (55-60°C)
