👩‍🍳 How to make Egg Scramble with Radish

  1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat (70°C)
  2. Add onion; fry until soft (2 mins, 80°C)
  3. Add radish; cook 2-3 mins until slightly softened (75°C)
  4. Add green chili, turmeric; mix well
  5. Crack eggs into pan; break yolks
  6. Scramble continuously for 2-3 mins until eggs are 75% cooked
  7. Stir in cilantro if using
  8. Cook another 1-2 mins until eggs are just set but still moist
  9. Season with salt
  10. Serve immediately on warm plate
