👩‍🍳 How to make Corn and Pea Porridge

  1. Heat butter in pot to 65°C
  2. Add onion; fry 2 mins until soft
  3. Add corn; stir for 1-2 mins
  4. Pour water; add turmeric; bring to boil (100°C, 3 mins)
  5. Add peas; reduce heat to medium-low
  6. Cook covered for 20-25 mins
  7. Stir occasionally; corn should become very soft and break down slightly
  8. Some corn will release starch, thickening mixture
  9. Season with salt
  10. Serve warm (above 55°C)
