👩‍🍳 How to make Cauliflower and Pea Sabzi

  1. Heat butter and oil in large pan to 70°C
  2. Add onion; fry 3-4 mins until soft
  3. Add ginger, green chilies; cook 1-2 mins
  4. Add cauliflower; stir-fry 3-4 mins
  5. Add turmeric, garam masala, coriander; cook 1 min
  6. Add tomatoes; cook 5-7 mins until broken down
  7. Add peas; cover; cook on medium-low for 8-10 mins
  8. Cauliflower should be tender but retain shape
  9. Peas should be cooked through
  10. Season with salt
  11. Garnish with cilantro
  12. Serve hot (above 65°C)
