👩🍳 How to make Cauliflower and Pea Sabzi
- Heat butter and oil in large pan to 70°C
- Add onion; fry 3-4 mins until soft
- Add ginger, green chilies; cook 1-2 mins
- Add cauliflower; stir-fry 3-4 mins
- Add turmeric, garam masala, coriander; cook 1 min
- Add tomatoes; cook 5-7 mins until broken down
- Add peas; cover; cook on medium-low for 8-10 mins
- Cauliflower should be tender but retain shape
- Peas should be cooked through
- Season with salt
- Garnish with cilantro
- Serve hot (above 65°C)
